Gold coast 2018 commonwealth games

Venue Logistics operations at Southport Precinct consisting of two Games Time competition venues- Optus Aquatics Centre, hosting swimming and diving disciplines and Southport Broadwater Parklands, host venue for the Triathlon and Marathon events. The management team also supported non-competition and training venues at nearby locations in their planning and delivery. These mutliple venues and locations became a 24 hour operation for the full length of the event cycle, awarding the first and final medal of the Games.
